Supreme Transitions staff, program participants, partners & community collaborators will travel to Montgomery, Alabama to explore and experience the impact of historical trauma on Black survivors from slavery, and the civil rights movement through 2024. The goal of this experience is to enhance services for Black survivors, empower survivors on their healing journey, and increase staff capacity to understand the impact of historical trauma and the integration of total well-being in culturally specific service provision.
