At Supreme Transitions, our mission is to provide unwavering support to Black survivors of domestic violence and non-intimate sexual assault, including members of the Black LGBTQ+ community. We recognize the deep-rooted impact of historical trauma and racial oppression on the disparities and disproportionalities within policy and systems. Through fostering awareness and knowledge, we aim to equip the Black community with the tools needed to understand, heal from, and combat these enduring effects.

warm referrals
Our commitment begins with an in-depth intake process, ensuring that each survivor's experiences are understood and respected. We provide crisis intervention, emphasizing safety and exit planning, to offer immediate relief and security in times of distress. Collaborating closely with our partner agencies, we facilitate warm referrals to wrap-around services, connecting survivors to a network of resources tailored to their needs.
community awareness and resources
Supreme Transitions is dedicated to creating a safe and nurturing space for Black survivors to learn, grow, and empower themselves through insightful conversations. Our mission is to facilitate conversational-style workshops led by our Executive Director, industry leaders, and licensed professionals. These workshops cover vital topics that address the unique challenges faced by survivors and their communities.
